Pan-fried Pangasius

Thaw and wash the bought pangasius, and wash the asparagus for later use.

Put an appropriate amount of edible oil in the pot to heat, add pansa fish, fry until golden on one side, turn it over, sprinkle some salt, and fry until golden on both sides.

The washed asparagus is slightly cooked in a pan, or blanched, and placed on a plate. Cut the lemon into a small piece, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and pepper on the fish pieces.
