It is the first time to make spiral powder for frying. Usually it is cooked and mixed and eaten. The taste of fried is completely changed. The spiral powder is made into a cake shape and vegetables are added to make it more nutritious.

Pan-fried Spiral Powder

1. Prepare the required materials

2. Wash the corn and cut into pellets, peel the carrots, wash and cut into small cubes

3. Add water to a boil in the pot, add a little olive oil and salt, then pour the spiral powder

4. Scoop up the cooked spiral powder

5. Spiral powder over cold water

6. Pour in a little olive oil and mix well. (Anti-sticking)

7. Put the green beans in the pot and blanch until cooked

8. Add corn kernels, diced carrots, and green beans to the spiral powder

9. Add olive oil and white wine

10. Add salt and eggs

11. Then add the flour and pepper

12. Mix well and then add whipped cream

13. Then mix into a paste

14. Pour olive oil in the pan to heat

15. Pour in the mixed batter and fry slowly over low heat

16. Fry until golden on both sides, sprinkle with cheese powder and serve

Tips:

When making pancakes, use a low fire to fry slowly, as the high fire will quickly mash the bottom.
Add white wine to the batter to increase the aroma, if you don't have white wine in your home, you don't need to add it.
