Black Pepper Chicken Chop Spiral Powder
1.
Boil the spiral powder in water, remove and drain after cooking.

6.
Put a piece of butter on medium and low heat, add chicken, and fry on both sides
7.
Lettuce on a plate
8.
Add carrots when frying the chicken, the fragrance of carrots will penetrate into the chicken
9.
Fry the chicken until both sides are browned, cut open and the meat inside is soft
10.
Add the cooked spiral powder to the butter and stir fry for 15 seconds, sprinkle a little salt or black pepper sauce, or leave it out.
11.
Set up a plate, sprinkle some blueberries, and finish
Tips:
Chicken meat with loose meat needles will become fluffy when they are fried, so you need to press repeatedly to make sure that the meat is the same on both sides and tender on the outside and inside. If the chicken is marinated longer, the taste will be better.
