Add a mixture of 500ml of cream, 160ml of milk and 100g of sugar into a small pot, heat it, and wait until it is all fused without boiling.

No need to cool down, add chocolate and jelly slices (put the jelly slices in cold water for 1 hour in advance to soften), stir well, and put them in the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator

After 1 hour, pour the remaining 400ml of cream into a small basin and stir until it is semi-solid
