Papaya Almond Jelly
1.
Wash 1 small papaya for later use, soak the gelatine slices in ice water to soften
2.
Cut the papaya along the neck
3.
Take out the papaya seeds with a long slender spoon
4.
Put the almond milk in a small pot, heat it over medium heat, bubbling slightly around the edges and remove from the heat. Add the soaked gelatin slices and stir quickly until melted
5.
Cool the cooked almond milk to room temperature and pour it into the papaya
6.
Cover with the cut papaya lid and put it in the refrigerator overnight. Just take it out and cut into pieces
Tips:
1. Papaya can be placed in a small bowl so that it will not fall.
2. If you buy a larger papaya, you can increase the amount of almond milk.
