Almond tofu is a traditional dessert, named after it resembles tofu. Traditional almond tofu uses southern almonds, also known as sweet almonds, which are beaten, filtered, and then boiled. The process is relatively cumbersome, but the almond flavor is rich. This recipe uses almond milk directly, although the aroma is not as good as that made with almond pulp, but it is simple and fast, suitable for novices to operate.

Tips:

1 The sugar water can be sprinkled into the dried osmanthus to give it a light osmanthus fragrance.
2 The agar melts slowly and needs to be stirred patiently.
3 Low heat throughout the entire process, stirring constantly to prevent sticking to the pan.
4 Almond tofu can be paired with sweet-scented osmanthus syrup, or with fruits such as mango and watermelon.
