Simple Almond Tofu

Put the rock sugar into the water and cook until the rock sugar is completely melted. Let cool and put in the refrigerator for later use.

Soak the agar in warm water to soften

Heat the milk on a low heat until it boils slightly.

Add the agar, continue to heat on a low heat, stirring constantly, until the agar is completely melted.

Pour in the almond milk while stirring.
6.
Bring to a boil on low heat.

Sieve, pour into molds, let cool and refrigerate for more than 2 hours.
Tips:
1 The sugar water can be sprinkled into the dried osmanthus to give it a light osmanthus fragrance.
2 The agar melts slowly and needs to be stirred patiently.
3 Low heat throughout the entire process, stirring constantly to prevent sticking to the pan.
4 Almond tofu can be paired with sweet-scented osmanthus syrup, or with fruits such as mango and watermelon.
