Mango Chocolate Ice Cream

Heat the milk, pour it into the egg yolks, stir evenly, add sugar and mix well

Pour back into the milk pot and heat it on low heat until bubbling, turn off the heat and let cool

Whipped cream and sugar until thick

Pour the cold egg yolk paste into the cream and mix well
5.
Pour the mango puree and stir evenly with chocolate beans
6.
Pour into molds, cover and refrigerate overnight
