Pastrami

Wash two catties of beef tendon.

Cook for 40 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the meat, just cooked. Let it dry and cut into strips. Add a few star anise and cinnamon while cooking.

Prepare the ginger and garlic and pierce it with a knife. Sweet noodle sauce.

Heat up the wok and add vegetable oil. Use more oil. The beef must be covered with oil when it goes down.

Heat the beef in the oil and stir-fry until the meat changes color to a deep sauce color, and then stir-fry for a while. Once it is fried, the meat will become very hard.

Take out the fried beef, leave about two or two cooked oil in the pot, add ginger and garlic to make it fragrant.

Pour the beef and stir fry, add the right amount of salt and a little soy sauce, then pour the chili noodles and pepper noodles, add a little bit more according to your taste if you want to be more spicy. You can try the taste and add according to your own taste. Finally add cooked. Mix the white sesame seeds well.
Tips:
This is the first time I have made this. It seems that the selling price is a little bit different, but the taste is okay. The key to cooking is to stir-fry beef.
