I used to go to school and liked the peanut butter noodles in Sha County at the entrance of the school. The taste is very mellow. I still go to eat it from time to time. But in the morning, I’m in a hurry, so I’ll try to cook it myself! Stir it, it tastes pretty good too!

Tips:

1. You can add more peanut butter to make it thicker.
2. If you don’t want the noodles, you can cook the noodles so that they are not so soft, and then put them out of the pot with cold water, or mix with some olive oil to prevent stickiness.
