Peanut Edamame
1.
Peanuts wash away the silt.
2.
Rinse the edamame with water.
3.
Put it in the pot, add the pepper aniseed, add water to cover the peanuts. After the high heat is turned on, cook on a low heat for about 10 minutes. The time depends on whether the peanuts are ripe or not.
4.
When the peanuts are almost ripe, add the edamame and continue to cook for about 10 minutes. The time is still determined by the tenderness of the edamame.
5.
When the edamame and peanuts are cooked, remove them and put them in a basin. Add appropriate amount of salt according to the taste. Pour some water left over from the cooking process. Cover and stew for a good taste. You can eat it when it has a salty and light taste.
6.
Serve in the plate and serve.
Tips:
It is best not to use an iron pot, but a stainless steel pot or other cooking pot, otherwise the color of peanuts will turn black and not look good.
