Spiced Boiled Peanuts

1. The fresh peanuts just bought wash away the mud and sand on it;

2. Prepare aniseed ingredients such as star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves and licorice;

3. Put the cleaned peanuts into the pot, add water that has not been peanuts, and add aniseed;

4. Then add salt twice as much as usual for cooking;

5. Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes;

6. Turn off the heat and continue to soak for more than four hours or overnight;

7. The peanuts that have been soaked for a few hours can be eaten.

Tips:

This snack is very simple to make, it is cleaning-cooking-soaking. Just be reminded that the amount of salt added should be twice as large as usual. After cooking, let it soak for a little more time to add more flavor. . If you think the soaking time is too long, squeeze the peanuts first.
