Pearl Milk Tea

Add water and brown sugar, heat and stir until melted

Pour the tapioca starch and stir evenly

Pour in tapioca flour and knead into dough
4.
Roll into small balls and coat with tapioca flour
5.
Boil a pot under the water until it floats and remove it to cool.
6.
Put it back in the pot and cook for 5 minutes to remove it and let it cool
