Persimmon Bean Paste Cake
1.
Wash the persimmons, peel them, put them in a container and mash them into a puree (beat it with a blender to feel more even)
2.
Put the flour into the persimmon puree, and continue to stir evenly, until the dough is moderately soft and hard (the dough can be as soft as possible, and the taste will be softer and more delicious)
3.
Leave the dough to stand for about 15 minutes, take it out, and cut into small dough pieces of appropriate size
4.
Press flat with the palm of your hand, take a proper amount of red bean paste into it
5.
Tighten the mouth like a bun, squeeze it, put a flat-bottomed frying pan on the fire, put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, heat it on a low fire, put the finished persimmon cake in, and fry on a low fire until golden on both sides
