Pigskin Jelly

Prepare all ingredients

Pork skin ginger slices boil in a pot of ice water, add a little cooking wine and continue to cook for a while

Take out the pigskin and let it cool and use a knife to repeatedly scrape the excess oil inside

Rinse it and put it in a pot of cold water to boil

Take out and cut the pig skin into thin strips with a knife

Put the cut pig skin into a pot of frozen water and boil it out and wash it

Put the pork skin strips seasoning jar into the clean water pot together

Cover the high heat to boil and turn to low heat, add 1 teaspoon of salt to continue

Stew until the soup is running out, take out the seasoning jar, turn to high heat and simmer for a few minutes

Pour it into a container while it's hot and let it cool to form

Use a spatula to draw a circle around the container, freeze the pigskin upside down to the chopping board and cut into large pieces

Tips:
1. Be sure to repeatedly scrape the excess fat on the pigskin, the thinner the scraped meat, the cleaner
2. Repeatedly add the cooking wine and cook a few more times to remove the oil and fishy smell
3. The seasoning can be blended according to your own preference
