Pigskin Jelly
1.
The pigskin is cooked and hardened first, so that it is easy to clean the pigskin. Pull off the pig hair, scrape off the dirty pig skin, and scrape off the fat inside the pig skin. Clean it up.
2.
Put the processed pigskin into new water, put in a few slices of ginger, boil on high heat and turn to low heat, and simmer slowly.
3.
Cook until the soup is thick and the pork skin is soft and glutinous, then turn off the heat. Take out the pig's skin and shred it, then pour it back into the soup and bring it to a boil. After the pig skin is evenly stirred, turn off the heat.
4.
I made two kinds of jelly with pigskin.
5.
This is skin jelly without pigskin.
Tips:
Before making the skin jelly, throw away the ginger, otherwise it will affect the taste.
