Pineapple Jelly

Cut the pineapple into pieces and soak in light salt water in advance.

Put water and sugar in a boiling pot.

Put the gelatine powder and stir well.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin powder and sugar melt.

Cut pineapple into small cubes.
6.
Turn off the heat after boiling the syrup in the boiling pot and let it cool.
7.
Put the diced pineapple in the silicone mold first, and then pour it into the cold sugar water. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Demoulding.

Tips:
The ratio of sugar water to gelatin powder is 10:1.
