Mango Soy Milk Pudding

Add the original soy milk made in advance to the pot

Add white granulated sugar to soy milk, heat and stir over low heat

After the sugar has melted, turn off the heat, add the soaked gelatin and stir to melt

Add whipped cream, mix and stir well

Filter to make the pudding liquid more delicate and smooth

Tips:
The pudding liquid needs to be filtered, so the soy milk will be smoother!
