Pineapple Pie

Take a flying cake, roll it up a little bit through the film, trim the edges, and then cut the middle of the cake into 2 pieces

Put pineapple sauce on one of the pie

Cover with another piece of pie and press on the edge with your hand

Then use a fork to compact the edges of the pie

Make a few knives in the middle of the cake to avoid bulging during baking

Put it in a baking tray after it’s done, and then brush with egg wash

Preheat the oven up and down at 180 degrees, place the middle layer on the baking tray, bake for 20 minutes, and then color it.

Tips:
1. The flying cake will be sticky after thawing, so it is best not to remove the plastic film when making the skin.
2. The oven is different, and the temperature difference is also different, so you should adjust it according to your own oven when baking, and you can bake it to the color you are satisfied with.
