The weather is hot, making your own yogurt at home is also very convenient. And the yogurt made by yourself is thick and delicious.

Ingredients

Plain Yogurt

1. Prepare milk and yogurt baking powder

2. Scald the container with boiling water

3. First pour half of the milk into the container

4. Pour the yogurt baking powder and mix well

5. Then pour the rest of the milk in and mix well

6. Close the lid

7. Put some warm water in the pot, put the container directly in and cover it. Fermentation is about 8 hours.

Tips:

The prepared yogurt can be eaten directly with jam.
