Plum Jam

Prepare the required ingredients, wash and drain the fresh plums

Core the washed plums and cut into small cubes

The diced plums are marinated with sugar, and put a layer of flesh on a layer of sugar, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours until juice is produced and the flesh of the fruit becomes soft.

Pour the marinated plum pulp into the bucket of the bread machine, select the jam function, the time will display for 1 hour, and then press the start button to start mixing the bread machine

Put it into a glass bottle while it's hot, put it upside down to cool, and store it in the refrigerator (the glass bottle should be boiled in advance, sterilized, and then let dry)
Tips:
1. Plums must be ripe and sweet, sour and astringent are not suitable for making jam;
2. The cooked jam will become thicker after the temperature is lowered and refrigerated, so there is no need to add starch.
