Poached Pork Slices

Add the cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper powder, egg white and cornstarch to the meat slices and marinate.

Blanch the cabbage and put it in a large bowl.

Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, and peppercorns and saute until fragrant.

Add 2 tablespoons of Xiabuxiabu hot pot base.

Fried red oil.

Bring to a boil with water, add the meat slices.

The meat slices have changed color and are cooked.

Even the soup was poured into a large bowl of cabbage.

Sprinkle onion, garlic and pepper powder.

Drizzle with hot oil.

Tips:
I don’t have much hot pot bottoms, because I don’t want to be too spicy, so I added some salt. You can decide whether to add more salt according to your taste.
