There are small white spots in the middle of the sago cooked for the first time.
3.
Rinse with cold water, filter, let cool, and cook again according to the first step. Until the white spots disappear, rinse and filter with cold boiled water and let cool for later use.
4.
When cooking the sago, you can prepare the mangoes. Peel and dice the large mangoes. Put half of the mangoes in a food processor. Add 50 grams of fine sugar and 20ML of cream to puree.
5.
After dicing a small half of the mango, peel the grapefruit and tear it into small pieces for later use.
6.
Take a container and put 50 grams of coconut milk, 50 grams of milk and mix well
7.
Add in the sago after cooling and stir well
8.
Add the mango puree and stir well, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour
9.
Add diced mango and shredded grapefruit before serving. If you have ready-made ice cream at home, you can dig a scoop on the diced mango to taste better.
Tips:
1. Choose a ripe dessert for mangoes.
2. The sago is boiled twice to get a more chewy finished product. If it is troublesome, it can be cooked and braised for the first time for a longer time, so that it can be cooked once.
3. Coconut milk and milk can be used interchangeably.
4. The prepared poplar twig nectar will be more effective after being refrigerated
