Ingredients

Poplar Branch Nectar

1. Boil water in a pot, add sago, simmer for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.

2. After turning off the heat, do not open the lid and continue to simmer for 30 minutes.

3. Thirty minutes later, remove the sago, rinse with clean water, and drain the water for later use.

4. Peel the mango and cut into pieces, put half of the mango into the food processor, and save the other half for later use. Peel the grapefruit to get the pulp.

5. Milk and condensed milk are added to the mango (If coconut milk is better, I don’t have stock and use milk instead).

6. Puree it with a food processor.

7. Put sago in the bowl.

8. Pour the mango puree.

9. Put mango cubes and grapefruit pulp on the surface.

10. The surface can be decorated with mint leaves.

11. Finished picture.
