Pork Horseshoe Dumplings
1.
Prepare the ingredients: pork, horseshoe, green onions, ginger, dumpling wrappers.
2.
Peel the horseshoe and chop for later use.
3.
Put 1 green onion, 1 slice of ginger, 1/3 bowl of water, salt (you can put more, no need to add salt later), put it in a juicer and squeeze it into green onion ginger juice.
4.
Put the pork into a crusher to mince, or chop the pork by hand.
5.
Mix the horseshoe, chopped green onion, pork, and green onion ginger juice.
6.
Wrap the dumplings, put them in a pot and steam for 20 minutes. You can also cook dumplings directly.
7.
The finished product can be matched with mixing materials according to your preference. I use soy sauce and balsamic vinegar to make a dressing.
Tips:
When boiling dumplings, wait for the water to boil before putting the dumplings. After the water boils again, add half a bowl of cold water, and then cook it more delicious. During the process, stir the pancakes to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the pan.
