Pork liver powder is an iron-supplementary artifact, but it is a headache for many mothers to make it in the staple food. I usually stew eggs with pork liver powder for my daughter, or put it in flour to make cakes! "

Pork Liver Powder and Stewed Eggs

1. Beat the eggs.

2. Add 1.5 times the amount of water.

3. After adding a small amount of salt, stir well.

4. Filter with a sieve.

5. The filtered eggs are particularly delicate.

6. Add pork liver powder.

7. Cover with plastic wrap after stirring.

8. Bring hot water to a boil, add eggs, and steam for 10-15 minutes.

9. Remove the plastic wrap.

10. Add light soy sauce, aged vinegar, and sesame oil. This taste is particularly fragrant. Vinegar can hide the fishy smell of eggs and the smell of pork liver powder!
