Pork Ribs and Yam Soup

[Main ingredients]: 500 grams of spare ribs | 300 grams of yam [Accessories]: 6 red dates | a little wolfberry | a little green onion and ginger | 2 tablespoons of cooking wine

Cut the yam into water and set aside.

Put the pork ribs into the pot with cold water, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, green onions, and ginger.

Remove from high heat and boil, rinse with water and drain.

Pour the ribs into the pot, add green onion knots, ginger slices, and then pour in enough water.
