Pork Ribs and Yam Soup

1. ·Ingredients·
[Main ingredients]: 500 grams of spare ribs | 300 grams of yam [Accessories]: 6 red dates | a little wolfberry | a little green onion and ginger | 2 tablespoons of cooking wine

2. Cut the yam into water and set aside.

3. Put the pork ribs into the pot with cold water, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, green onions, and ginger.

4. Remove from high heat and boil, rinse with water and drain.

5. Pour the ribs into the pot, add green onion knots, ginger slices, and then pour in enough water.

6. Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 50 minutes.

7. Add yam and red dates, and continue to simmer for 20 minutes.

8. Rinse the wolfberry with water and set aside.

9. Add medlar and some salt and stir.
