Pork Sauerkraut Stewed Vermicelli

1. Cut the sauerkraut into filaments.

2. Put it into a bowl and set aside.

3. Cut the pork into slices.

4. Soak vermicelli in warm water to soften.

5. Mince scallion and ginger.
