Pork Sauerkraut Stewed Vermicelli

Cut the sauerkraut into filaments.

Put it into a bowl and set aside.

Cut the pork into slices.
4.
Soak vermicelli in warm water to soften.
5.
Mince scallion and ginger.

Heat the pan with oil, put a little green onion and ginger in the pan first.

Then add the meat slices and stir fry until the oil comes out.

Add sauerkraut and stir fry a few more times.
9.
Add water, green onion, ginger, salt and stir fry evenly.

Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Then add the soaked vermicelli.
12.
Stir-fry, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
