Portulaca Cake
1.
Pick and wash the purslane.
2.
Chop and add a little oil, a little five-spice powder, and two eggs. Stir evenly. The salt can be left on, but less.
3.
Sprinkle flour and mix well.
4.
Either a wok or an electric baking pan, with a little oil, put in the mixed purslane, spread as much as possible, not too thick.
5.
Heat it with a small fire, during which time you can use a wooden shovel to hold it.
6.
Turn over when it's ready. This is not easy to turn over. It may be broken, but it doesn't matter. Originally, the purslane cake is ready to be torn into small pieces for dipping sauce.
7.
Out of the pot.
8.
Ginger garlic juice.
9.
perfect.
