Pot Boiled Milk Tea
1.
Pour water in a small pot, add black tea after boiling.
2.
Boil the tea bag for 30 seconds (if you choose tea leaves, it is also boiled for 30 seconds), then pour the milk.
3.
Stir gently to heat the milk until small bubbles start to emerge from the side of the pot, turn off the heat.
4.
Remove the tea bag (sieve out the tea leaves), add fine sugar according to your favorite sweetness and stir until it melts.
5.
Pour the milk tea out of the cup and accompany it with small snacks for a delicious and heart-warming afternoon tea.
Tips:
The milk tea made with whole milk has a strong milk flavor. Using tea bags instead of tea leaves is suitable for friends who like a heavier milk flavor. You can also omit the sieve to remove the tea. Haha, although it sounds like an excuse for a lazy person.
