Potato Balls with Concentrated Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Potatoes are steamed, peeled and pressed into mashed potatoes

To the mashed potatoes, add half an egg, two tablespoons of flour, a pinch of salt, and pepper

Knead into potato dough
