This is a wild hazel mushroom, the picture I searched on the Internet. Hazel mushrooms seem to be a specialty of Northeast China, and they are usually dried and eaten. Chicken stew with mushrooms, a famous dish in Northeast China, uses hazel mushrooms. In other words, this year there are a lot of mushrooms in my house.

I used blanched fresh hazel mushrooms, sent by my mother. Throw it out and wash it, and control the water for later use.

Peel and slice potatoes.

Chopped green onion and ginger, pork slices.

Fill the pot with oil and heat, sauté the scallions and ginger, add the meat slices.

When the meat slices change color, add thirteen incense, light soy sauce, and fry until fragrant.
