Probiotic Yogurt

Prepare ingredients, 1L pure milk, 1 probiotic yogurt starter, 1 yogurt maker

First, use boiling water to disinfect the container and stirring tools to remove the bacteria

Then pour 500ml of normal temperature pure milk

Then pour 1 stick of Puze probiotic yogurt starter

Then pour 500ml of pure milk and stir gently

Power on the yogurt maker and add warm water of about 50 degrees

Put the pure milk in, ferment for 8 hours until it is solidified

After fermentation is complete, add 150 grams of fine sugar while it is hot (stir well and put it in the refrigerator fresh-keeping layer for more than 4 hours before eating, the taste is better
Tips:
1. Each small bag of starter can make 1L of yogurt.
2. Too low environment or fermentation temperature will prolong the fermentation time. If the pure milk is taken out of the refrigerator, it should be placed at room temperature for half an hour before use.
3. Enjoy purely plain yogurt without any flavors and thickeners. If seasoning is needed, add sugar or other natural condiments according to personal taste, such as jam and honey.
4. It is recommended to eat it within 3 days.
5. It is normal for whey to separate out during the production process, which will not affect the flavor of yogurt, just stir evenly.
