Production of Yogurt

Prepare pure milk;

Pour pure milk into the container, and the container must be disinfected with boiling water before use;

Prepare yogurt starter;
4.
Take out a small packet that is 1g, pour it in and stir evenly;
5.
The delicious yogurt will be ready after 8~12 hours.
Tips:
1. Clean the utensils and there should be no bacterial residues;
2. Be sure to stir evenly;
3. The temperature should not be higher than 45° during production, otherwise it will kill the bacteria and make it impossible to ferment.
4. The finished yogurt tastes best when it is sealed and refrigerated for 16 hours.
