Puffed Fish Gill Sea Dragon Lean Meat Soup

Cut the lean meat into large pieces, blanch the blood with the sliced ginger, wash and set aside;

Rinse the sea dragon with clean water;

The puffed fish gills are soaked one hour in advance to clean the sand and dust;

Wash the lotus seeds, tangerine peel and candied dates a little bit;

Boil about 2L of boiling water in the pot. After the water is boiled, put all the above-prepared ingredients in the pot. After boiling on high heat for 5 minutes, turn to low heat for about two hours; (I use the soup mode of the rice cooker)
