Pumpkin Buns
1.
Pumpkin diced, steamed and cooled for later use

Add the baking powder and yeast powder to the flour, then add the spare pumpkin
3.
Knead into a ball to wake up
4.
Has been proofed to twice the size
5.
Knead into small balls and leave for half an hour to continue proofing
6.
Put the proofed dough in the steamer
7.
Bring to a boil in a hot pot under cold water, turn off the heat after 20 minutes and continue to simmer
