Pumpkin Hat Buns

Peel the pumpkin, steam it in water, weigh 200 grams and put it in the bread machine.

Put 450 grams of flour, 40 grams of white sugar, and 6 grams of yeast.

The bread machine automatically stirs the dough for 18 minutes.

Fermentation is twice the size.

Knead 100 dough balls by hand, and exhaust. (My bread machine is stirring other things)

Take 50 grams of dough and knead 2 rounds of the same size, one of them is flattened and rolled into a round piece, not too thin; there is also a long strip, about 5 grams, 12 cm; there is also a small round shape, Ready to make a bow.
