Plum Steamed Dumplings

1. materials needed.

2. Wash and chop the onion and garlic sprouts, and also wash the corn kernels.

3. Put the meat together, add oyster sauce, salt soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil.

4. Grab and mix into fillings.

5. Divide 500 grams of flour into two, add 135 grams of cooked pumpkin in half, and 110 grams of cooked purple potatoes in the other half.

6. Knead the purple sweet potato and flour by hand until there are no particles.

7. Add 93 grams of water and make a purple sweet potato dough.

8. Pumpkin flour is kneaded directly into pumpkin dough. (No need to add any drop of water)

9. Cover the kneaded two-color dough tightly and relax for 10 minutes.

10. Divide the dough into evenly sized doses.

11. Roll each tablet into a wafer.

12. Take a piece of dough and fold up 5 semi-circular edges at the edge as shown in the picture.

13. Turn the round side down again and wrap the filling.

14. Pinch the 5 round edges together, and use your fingers to pinch each opening together.

15. Pinch it to look like a five-pointed star.

16. Then turn up the 5 small sides under the edge, and slightly pinch the shape of the flower leaf with your hands.

18. Yellow dough works the same as purple dough.

19. Take two small doughs and roll them out thin. Use a round thick straw or mold to press out two small flowers.

22. Put an appropriate amount of water on the pot and bring to a boil, put in the raw plum dumplings, cover tightly, and steam over high heat for 20 minutes to get out of the pot.

Tips:

1: The filling can be changed according to your preference. Pumpkin dough does not need to be added with water. Pumpkin replaces water.
2: I have converted the purple sweet potato water, don't add or subtract randomly.
3: The salt in the filling is adjusted appropriately according to your own taste.
