I haven’t eaten pumpkin very much in the past few decades, but I find that I’ve become a little fascinated by it recently. When I go to the market to buy vegetables on weekends, I often buy a piece of it. Drink the cooked porridge directly; I like it anyway; but today I have a different way to eat it: paired with yam and walnuts, it is absolutely delicious~~~

1. Ready to eat

2. Peel and cut yam on iron sticks and steam them in a pot

3. Pumpkin, peeled and diced, steamed in a pot

4. Take it out while it's hot and gently press the bottom of a spoon to puree

Tips:

1. Pumpkin is very sweet, so no sugar is added during the production process
2. Friends who don’t like walnuts can also change to other nuts
