Fruit and Vegetable Butterfly Noodles for 8+ Months Old Baby Food Supplement
1.
Take appropriate amount of fresh dragon fruit, yam, pumpkin, and purple sweet potato, whichever is the amount you make. Except for dragon fruit, the other three are peeled and steamed, and then the four foods are squeezed out. The dry and thick ones need to be added with a little warm water. Juice together, such as yam and purple sweet potato;
2.
Mix the squeezed fruits and vegetables with appropriate amount of flour, knead the corresponding dough until it is thick and smooth, and then let the kneaded dough wake up for about 20 minutes;
3.
Roll out the dough into a pancake, use a mold to emboss (you can use a beer bottle cap instead), and use chopsticks to gently clamp it in the middle, you can see the beautiful butterfly shape (I also made other cartoon-shaped fruit and vegetable noodles). The prepared fruit and vegetable noodles are left to dry overnight at room temperature to allow them to air dry naturally, which is convenient for storage;
4.
The next day, the air-dried fruit and vegetable noodles are sealed and packaged, and they can be stored in a dry and cool place for about a week. Take them as you eat;
Tips:
1. When rolling the noodles, the thinner the better, if they are too thick, it is not easy to cook; 2. You can use other colorful fruits and vegetables instead; 3. When cooking the noodles, cook them properly, especially the butterfly noodles, add cold water and cook them in batches. Convenient for the baby to swallow...
