#春食野菜香# Qingming Fruit
1.
After the water is boiled, add the wormwood and cook for a minute, then remove it immediately

Rinse the cooked wormwood in cold water and squeeze the water

In another pot of water, add the wormwood and appropriate amount of baking soda and cook until the wormwood can be easily kneaded into a paste by hand (you can also use a food processor to make a puree)

Glutinous rice flour mixed with rice flour

Take out the wormwood and put it in the flour and mix well (try to drain the water when scooping the wormwood, otherwise the batter will be very thin)

Knead slowly, add some hot water (water boiled with wormwood) and knead into a moderately hard dough

Dried bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, white radish, diced minced meat, add appropriate amount of salt and dark soy sauce, and stir well (the fillings mixed in this way are very delicious)
8.
Wrap it into your favorite shape and steam it in the steamer for ten minutes
Tips:
Italian wormwood is too expensive~Can't afford too much hahahahahahaha (^o^)/~ So I made a small portion of Qingming fruit, but everyone just follow the recipe and steps I gave~
