Ingredients

Wormwood Bean Paste Pancakes

1. Wash the wormwood, add water to the pot and boil, add the wormwood and blanch for 50 seconds.

2. Then put the wormwood in a cooking container, add an appropriate amount of water, and make wormwood juice.

3. The residue is filtered out, and only the juice is taken.

4. Pour the wormwood juice into the glutinous rice flour and stir with chopsticks while pouring.

5. Then knead it into a smooth dough.

6. Remove two small doughs of the same size, knead and press them into thin slices.

7. Take a piece of dough and put an appropriate amount of bean paste on it. Spread a little water on the periphery of the dough.

8. Then cover with another piece of dough and pinch it all around.

9. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and heat it up.

10. Add wormwood and fry on ice.

11. Let it fry on one side until golden brown, then turn it over and continue to fry the golden brown.

Tips:

Due to various factors such as weather and region, the water absorption of flour is also different, so wormwood juice should be added as appropriate.
