Quick Breakfast: Cheese, Egg, Ham and Toast

Prepare toast slices.

Put a piece of tin foil in the baking pan, use a spoon to mark 4 sides of the toast piece, and press the bottom of the spoon to form a quadrilateral groove.

Break the 2 eggs into the grooves of the two toasts.
4.
Shred the ham slices and spread them on the toast slices.
5.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
6.
Bake up and down at 120°C for 20 minutes.
