Quinoa Sweet Potato Light Meal
1.
Clean the quinoa first. I chose white quinoa that has been processed beforehand and does not need to be soaked, which saves time and trouble. It can be cooked in ten minutes.
2.
Pour the cleaned quinoa into the bottom of the "lifting hot pot" and pour an appropriate amount of water. Turn on the power and raise the middle lifting rod.
3.
Rinse the small sweet potatoes with water, cut them into small pieces, put them in the steaming grid, put them on the lifting rod and cover with the lid, and choose nutritional steaming.
4.
When steaming sweet potatoes and boiling quinoa, wash the peaches, cut the pulp into small pieces, put them in a glass cup, pour yogurt, and it becomes a yogurt fruit.
5.
Remove the sweet potatoes after they are cooked and let them warm.
6.
Pour the quinoa soup into a colander with a smaller hole to drain the water and pour it into a small bowl for later use.
7.
Cut the small sweet potatoes into slices, cut the lettuce into shreds and place them on a plate, and add a few spoonfuls of quinoa on the shreds of lettuce.
8.
Add some quinoa to the yogurt fruit cup.
9.
This breakfast is complete. Mix it with yogurt when you eat it. It's so delicious.
Tips:
To save time, and because the amount is relatively small, use the lifting hot pot to get two ingredients in one pot. Note that the steamed ingredients should be cut into smaller pieces, so that the cooking time is about the same as the cooked ingredients. It does not matter if there is no lifting hot pot, as long as there is a compartment that can be steamed. The yogurt and fruit cup can be made into a milkshake, depending on what you like. Personally, I prefer the granular ones to the pasty ones. This is arbitrary.
