Piglet Peppa Mantou

Add the high-gluten flour to the basin, melt the yeast in warm water for mixing, knead it and cover it with plastic wrap or the lid, and put it in a warm place to wait for fermentation. The fermentation time varies with different temperatures. I used it for more than 1 hour. .

There is still a small piece of sweet potato steamed in the morning, which is pressed into mashed sweet potato for later use.

The fermented dough is divided into three, one is kneaded with sweet potato mash, and the other is kneaded with pumpkin powder, or it can be kneaded in advance and then fermented.

Knead the three doughs to let air out, and cover with plastic wrap for about 15 minutes.

Each dough is kneaded into long strips, cut into even-sized noodles, and kneaded into steamed buns.

Match the colors with each other. Take a small piece of dough and knead it into a long strip, cut into small pieces to make the pig’s ears, eyes and mouth, then dip a little water and stick them on the steamed buns. Press the mouth with chopsticks to make it ok.

The piglets with different colors are very cute, right? The dough made of mashed sweet potatoes is slightly softer.

Add appropriate amount of water to the steamer, put on the pot holder, sit on the plate, put the piglet steamed buns, cover the pot and ferment for about 40 minutes.

After the second shot, the fire was boiled and steamed on a medium heat for about 15 minutes. The steamed buns looked a bit crowded.
