Quinoa Sweet Potato Soup

A nutritious and delicious bowl of quinoa sweet potato soup

Wash the sweet potatoes and peel them.

Cut the washed sweet potatoes into small pieces.

Tips:
The taste of quinoa is very weak. Its taste is as nonexistent as millet and rice, but the chewiness is fun and the cooked quinoa is crunchy. Because of the small size, it will feel a little more Q bomb. I use Quinoa Jun’s white quinoa which is easy to wash and wash away.
