Radish Collection

Ingredients: 1/4 green radish, 1/3 red radish, 1/4 carrot, Kewpie Japanese-style salad sauce, a little white sesame

Wash the radishes and use a grating board to shred them. The green radish is cut at the junction of green and white, shredded separately, and the white part is disguised as the white radish.

Pick the various shredded radish with chopsticks and mix evenly. Cut the green radish off the part with the skin, and place a circle of petals around the pan. Put the evenly mixed shredded radish in the middle blank. Shave a flower of red radish and place it on top of the pile of shredded radish. Drizzle with salad dressing and sprinkle with a little white sesame seeds.
Tips:
Because there is no white radish, the green radish is divided into two parts, green and white, and shredded separately, and the white part is disguised as white radish.
It can be seasoned according to your taste without using salad sauce.
