Radish Sprouts

1. Rinse the radishes first

2. Tear the white oyster mushrooms into strips, wash and set aside

3. Blanch the white oyster mushrooms in water for a little longer. Add the oyster mushrooms after the water boils. When the water boils again, remove the oyster mushrooms and put them in cold water. Put the radish seedlings in the water after boiling, immediately turn off the heat and remove them into cold water

4. Put the small ingredients together, mix well and set aside

5. Heat the pot, put the oil, add dried red peppers and turn off the heat

6. Squeeze the radish sprouts and white oyster mushrooms with water, put them together, together with the prepared ingredients, then add the fried red pepper and oil, stir together and serve.

Tips:

The radish sprouts are too tender, so move fast when passing the water! Put it in boiling water and immediately turn off the heat and remove it.
