Radish Sprouts Mixed with Black Natto

Take out the chilled black natto, stir a few more times, and pull out thick silk;

Remove the roots of the radish sprouts, wash and drain them and place them on a plate;

Put a little horseradish and sukiyaki soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar in a small bowl and mix well;

Put the black natto and radish sprouts on the plate, and pour the mixed juice;

Tips:
A very simple side dish, the roots of the radish sprouts can be removed if you don’t mind.
