Raisin Rye Bread

Put all the ingredients except corn oil and raisins in the bread machine, knead the dough and add corn oil, continue to knead until the smooth expansion stage

Add raisins and knead, seal and ferment to more than twice

After fermentation, take it out, pat to exhaust, divide into 6 equal parts, fold in three times and spheronize, put it in a small bowl with the mouth facing upwards, seal and ferment to more than twice

After the fermentation is complete, pour it into the baking tray, mark out the flower shape you like, put it in the middle of the preheated oven, and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
Tips:
Spray the water mist halfway, the baked bread will be more fragrant and soft. The temperature of the oven depends on the nature of each oven.
