Czech Potato Buns

Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces, steam them for later use.

Use a fork to press the potatoes into mashed potatoes, add rye flour with bran, and season the ingredients with salt, chopped parsley, pepper and floss.

Mix all the ingredients together evenly. If it is too dry, add some milk, knead the ingredients together into a dough with your hands, and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

Bring the steamer water to a boil, divide the dough into six equal parts and knead it into a circle. Put it in the steamer and steam it for a quarter of an hour. Take it out and let it cool for a while and you can eat it. If you put a layer of meat sauce on the steamed buns better.
Tips:
Czech buns look more like potato cakes. Steamed buns made with whole grains and potatoes have reduced starch content and are healthy to eat. You can use buckwheat flour, oat flour, or corn flour.
